New Book Sale

Croxley Danes School has been holding a £2 new book sale throughout the course of September to encourage those students without books to purchase one whilst their new school library is under development. Organised by Mrs Rovira, the school’s librarian and Mrs Broadis, Literacy and Oracy Coordinator, students have been asked to come in their year group bubbles during specified lunch times to browse and talk about the exciting titles on offer. Novels on offer have been drawn from a range of genres, and non-fiction titles on an assortment of subject matters have featured too. It has been exciting to see the students so eager and enthusiastic to support and develop their love of reading. Staff have been seen browsing the range of titles too!
