Croxley Danes School Celebrates Exam Success

Croxley Danes is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our 2024 cohort, with students excelling across various subjects and qualifications. Congratulations to all students on their results.

GCSE Results

Despite the national trend of lower grades, Croxley Danes students performed above the national average for the third consecutive year. Highlights include a Progress 8 estimate of 0.13 (national average: 0.01) and 72% of students achieving a Grade 4+ in English and Maths.

Notable GCSE Achievements:

  • Joseph G: Eight grade 9s, two grade 8s
  • Subhan R: Eight grade 9s, two grade 8s
  • Leila W: Seven grade 9s, two grade 8s

Year 13 Results

2024 marks the first-ever set of Year 13 results, with students achieving impressive outcomes in the brand new Sixth Form. A*-B grades were attained by 34.8% of students.

Notable A-Level Achievements:

  • Yousuf S: AAA*A in Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Further Maths
  • Asad K: A*AA in Chemistry, Biology, Maths (Medicine at Queen Mary, London)
  • Maisie S: AABB in English Language, Geography, Fine Art, EPQ (Journalism at Sheffield)

As we celebrate the success of our 2024 cohort, we wish them continued success in their future endeavours. Their resilience and ambition will undoubtedly guide them well in the years to come.
