Parentpay and School Lunches
The school uses a secure website called ParentPay® to accept online payments from debit cards for school meals and other items such as educational visits and music lessons. ParentPay is easy to use and gives parents the flexibility to make payments whenever they want, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Many parents welcome the certainty that money paid using ParentPay will reach school quickly and safely. Students no longer have to take responsibility for carrying money into school and a history of payments can be viewed at any time.
The more parents that decide to use ParentPay, the greater the benefit to the school. The system helps to reduce workloads for all staff, creating more time to lend to educational support and the smooth running of the school.
All parents are issued guidance on how to use the Parentpay website when their child joins the school, including a unique username and password. For the minority of parents who prefer not to use the website, the school can accept payment in the form of cash or cheques.
All students are able to choose whether they bring a packed lunch or purchase food in the school canteen using the cashless catering system. A sample lunch menu can be found at the bottom of this page.
